The new $1.1 billion state-of-the-art hospital building opened April 29, 2012 at Johns Hopkins Hospital includes the Sheik Zayed Tower and the Charlotte R. Bloomberg Children’s Center, named in honor of the late mother of Mike Bloomberg. The buildings combine art and architecture to create a unique healing environment and elevates the standard of care.
